Gift Card Terms
1. OVERVIEW
Moe’s Mobile Detailing Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) can be used toward detailing services offered by Moe’s Mobile Detailing.
By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. REDEMPTION
- Gift Cards may be used toward any eligible service
- Gift Cards must be presented at the time of booking or before service begins
- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash
If the service total exceeds the Gift Card value, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer.
3. VALIDITY & EXPIRATION
- Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Expired Gift Cards have no value and cannot be reactivated
4. NON-REFUNDABLE & FINAL SALE
- All Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable
- Gift Cards cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged
5. NON-TRANSFERABILITY
- Gift Cards may be gifted to another individual
- Once issued, Moe’s Mobile Detailing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Gift Cards
6. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
- All services require an appointment
- Gift Card use is subject to availability
- Standard cancellation and no-show policies apply
👉 Missed appointments may result in loss of the Gift Card value applied to that booking.
7. PRICE DIFFERENCES
- Gift Cards are applied based on current service pricing
- If service prices increase, additional payment may be required
8. PARTIAL USE
- Gift Cards may be used in multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted
- Remaining balance will stay active until expiration
9. PROHIBITED USE
Gift Cards may not be used for:
- Commercial or fleet services (unless approved)
- Resale or unauthorized distribution
- Any fraudulent or abusive activity
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel use if misuse is suspected.
10. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
All services redeemed with Gift Cards are subject to:
- Vehicle condition limitations
- Additional charges for excessive dirt, stains, or neglect
- Service Disclaimer and Terms of Service
11. CHARGEBACK & FRAUD PROTECTION
- Gift Card purchases are monitored for fraud
- We reserve the right to cancel or void Gift Cards obtained through unauthorized or suspicious transactions
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen Gift Cards
- Unauthorized use
- Expired Gift Cards
13. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to:
- Modify these Terms at any time
- Refuse or limit Gift Card usage where necessary
